This afternoon, as a couple of Loons dived deep for food in the Bay, a sea gull circling overhead watched - and waited.
Loons can dive, then swim underwater for 100 feet or so without surfacing.
Finally when the loons popped up from their fishing trip, the sea gull flew down with lightening speed to snatch one of the loons' catch right out of its beak!
